The zipped data files are approx 300 to 400
kB and will require unzipping using a facility such as Winzip.
Surface data files are grabbed at approx 45 mins past the hour, 1h 45m
past the hour and 2h 45m past the hour.
Upper air data files are grabbed at 1h 45m and 2h 45m past the hour
of observation.
It is the user's responsibility
to ensure that any restrictions on data as indicated in WMO Resolution 40
and any subsequent resolutions relating to the use and availability of data
are adhered to.
